Limited Warranty

Covered by warranty:

Structural parts and steel, If equipped: steel grating, Landing Gear legs, ramp hydraulic pumps, hydraulic hoses, fittings, hydraulic power units, electric parts, electric controllers, electric lifts, bearings, hydraulic cylinders, batteries for electric hydraulic pump and wheels.

TBC-Ramps warrants their New Ramps to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from shipping date to original purchaser for all structural parts and one year on all steel, steel grating and solid tires if equipped. Hydraulic pumps, hydraulic hoses, fittings, hydraulic power units, electric parts, electric controllers, lifts, bearings, hydraulic cylinders, batteries for electric hydraulic pump, landing gear wheels and landing gear legs are warrantied for 180 days from shipping date to original purchaser. Warranty eligibility requires all products are used, serviced and maintained in accordance with the TBC-Ramps recommendations, maintenance schedule, maximum weight capacity allowance and installation instructions.

TBC-Ramps obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair, by TBC-Ramps or a TBC-Ramps authorized technician, or exchange of any part of parts, which may prove defective under normal service within the time limitations set forth above, and which our examination shall disclose to our satisfaction to be defective. Any part that is determined by TBC-Ramps to be defective in material or workmanship and returned to TBC-Ramps Tampa FL. shipping costs prepaid, will be, as the exclusive remedy, repaired or replaced at our option. Labor costs for warranty repairs and/or modifications are not covered unless done at TBC-Ramps facility in Tampa Florida and pre-approved in advance by T.B.C. This limited warranty gives purchaser specific legal rights, which vary from state to state. All specifications are subject to change without notice. 

What is not covered under warranty?

Used Ramps are not covered under any Warranty

Shipping, Labor (unless performed by TBC-Ramps in Tampa FL. within warranty period). Any of the following, which automatically voids the warranty: Any modifications (without written authorization from TBC-Ramps), Damage caused by overloaded maximum capacity (required ramp size is 3 times the maximum lifting capacity of forklift or two times the weight driven on), Damage sustained during shipping, Negligent operation or repair,  Improper or inadequate maintenance, Collisions or other incidental contacts causing damage to the ramp, Corrosion or rust. (Part of required maintenance is regular greasing and repainting any part that starts to show signs of rust. If not done in time and ramp is corroded, warranty is voided). 

 This limited warranty does not cover any defects, malfunction or failure caused by or resulting from improper or unauthorized service, lack of required maintenance, use not in conformance or accordance with TBC-Ramps recommendations or installation instructions and the intended use and capacities or specifications or from abuse, neglect, accident, weather related issues or any other cause beyond the control of TBC-Ramps. This limited warranty is made only to the original purchaser, which shall be deemed to mean that person or organization to which the product is originally shipped. TBC-Ramps does not approve nor authorize any other person or entity to obligate TBC-Ramps to any other liability not described herein concerning the sale of its products. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all other obligations or liabilities on our part.

Limitations of Liability:

TBC-Ramps shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. And liability hereunder is expressly limited to repair or replacement of any part or parts which may prove defective within the time prescribed hereon. Warranty does not cover labor or consequential damages including, but not limited to, business interruption costs, lost profits, or lost business opportunities. 

 

THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ABOVE. THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TBC-Ramps warranties extend only to the product itself. DISCLAIMS all liability arising out of the methods, workmanship, and materials used by the installer of the ramp. DISCLAIMS all liability for premature wear, damage to the property, product failure, or bodily injury arising from improper installation, maintenance or use. WARRANTIES, whether implied or expressed, relating to workmanship and materials used in connection with the installation of TBC-Ramps products are specifically DISCLAIMED.

T.BC-Ramps request for warranty service:

A request for warranty service is proper if TBC-Ramps receives:

1) a photocopy of the Customer Invoice that displays the date, buyer info; AND

2) a copy of the warranty with date; AND

3) a written request for warranty service including your name and phone number.

Before returning any parts for any reason whatsoever, it is necessary to contact TBC-Ramps for approval. All requests must be submitted by e-mail to Sales@TBC-Ramps.com. Any part that is determined by TBC-Ramps to be defective in material or workmanship and returned to TBC-Ramps, shipping costs prepaid, will be, as the exclusive remedy, repaired or replaced at our option. Labor costs for warranty repairs and/or modifications are not covered unless done at TBC-Ramps Tampa FL. within the warranty period.
